Step 1.
What should I write about.
I know!
I’ll write up a recap on my recent training block!
Ah wait. No one will want to read that — it’s all about me — I need to give value to them.
hmmmm.
Ok I got it.
I’ll write about the best training split for the average person trying to balance strength and endurance!
Oooo that’s good.
…
Hold up. Should I make it for people with gym access or minimal equipment?
Maybe both?
Yeahhhhh.
…
But wait that’s a lot of info to include in just an article.
OH HERES AN IDEA.
I’ll make a free ebook.
It’ll be great!
People can download it and it’ll be a great “starting point” for anyone wanting to level up their fitness.
YES.
…
Ok but will people actually use it?
Is that enough value?
What if I automate emails afterward so that people continually get value?
Hmmm ok so now I need to make the ebook, write the emails, set up the automation, then post about it.
Got it. Lets go.
…
Ya know what would be better though?
If I filmed some specific videos breaking down why the split is the way it is.
Yep. Gotta do that. Otherwise its just not good enough
…
…
3 weeks later
…
Dang. I never made the free ebook about training splits.
Ah well — time to come up with a new idea.
…
Overthinking has killed more of my progress…and honestly more of my dreams…than anything else.
It’s nothing more than fear and doubt disguised by dozens of “improvements”.
I know it.
And yet I fall into the same trap.
Well.
It’s time to do something about it.
I think…well…maybe…
…jk.
This is Step 1.

Love this!
